Key Responsibilities:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role in an ASC or healthcare setting.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards for surgery centers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
