The Role

We’re looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to lead and optimize our clinical partnership and workflows. You’ll work closely with our Head of Operations, external clinical partners, clinical operations, fulfillment, and product teams to ensure exceptional patient care and compliance while scaling operational efficiency.

• Compliance-Minded & Process-Driven: You have a strong understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid billing) and experience building SOPs.

What You'll Do

• Oversee Clinical Operations: Manage day-to-day clinical processes, including communicating with external clinical partners, visits held, prescription compliance, documentation issues, etc.

• Optimize Workflows: Analyze clinical data, identify bottlenecks, and drive efficiency via process improvements and automated processes.

• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs; lead audits and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, billing, etc.)

• Manage Clinical Team: Hire, mentor, and supervise team members; align resources and schedules to patient volume.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal and external teams to drive increased throughput and enhance service delivery.

• Track & Report KPIs: Measure performance metrics (e.g., patient reach rate, turnaround time, error rates), prepare reports, and present insights to leadership.

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years in healthcare or DME clinical operations, clinical trials, or related areas.

• Strong background in healthcare regulations and SOP development.

• Experience managing a team or large-scale processes in a clinical or regulated environment.

• Proficiency with EMRs and DME or Prescription-ordering platforms.

• A passion for leveraging technology to improve processes and enhance the patient experience.

• Stellar communication and collaboration skills.
