You will work alongside the Manager, Sales Associates, and Designers as a team to provide our customers with an exceptional experience by answering calls, resolving customer concerns, keeping the showroom customer-ready, and some reporting items.

Qualifications and Skills of an Administrative Assistant:
Dependable and on time every day. Our customers and team members are counting on you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist customers at the sales counter in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
• Respond to questions regarding EBCO sales and return policy, La-Z-Boy warranty and service, and direct customers to the appropriate department as required.
• Process payment on account transactions accurately utilizing the appropriate method of payment.
• Maintain necessary office forms and supplies as required for routine store operation.
