Skills
- Management or technology consulting experience (4–6 years)
- Strong knowledge of finance business processes and best practices
- Experience with ERP transformation lifecycle (assessment, selection, implementation advisory)
- Excellent analytical and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead client engagements and work independently
- Experience working with mission-driven sectors preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct ERP readiness assessments and develop transformation roadmaps
- Advise clients on ERP-related decisions within broader finance transformations
- Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive briefings to build consensus
- Synthesize findings into clear recommendations and executive deliverables
- Partner with delivery teams across implementation, modernization, and analytics to ensure strategic alignment
- Contribute to practice growth through methodology development, thought leadership, and internal capability building
- Support business development activities including proposal writing and client pursuits

- Bachelor's degree required
