Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an enterprise data management, governance, and integration roadmap aligned to organizational goals.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data-focused programs, including governance frameworks, data quality remediation, and MDM implementations.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and quality to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Guide, mentor, and manage cross-functional delivery teams (data governance, integration, architecture, analytics).
- Establish data stewardship, monitoring, and automated quality controls to ensure accurate and compliant data.
- Engage and align senior business and IT stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and measure value realization.
- Drive adoption and change management for new data processes, policies, and platforms across the organization.
- Translate technical issues into actionable recommendations and executive-level communications.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred
