Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and RAID logs
- Manage day-to-day execution, task assignments, progress tracking, and status reporting
- Lead cross-functional teams including business, technical, and vendor resources
- Facilitate steering committees, status meetings, and working sessions with executives and stakeholders
- Apply appropriate methodology (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and adhere to PMO governance and compliance
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Manage project budgets, resource utilization, and report variances
- Prepare executive dashboards, business case updates, and post-implementation reviews
- Drive stakeholder alignment, conflict resolution, and change adoption activities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (required)
- Master’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
