- Designing and implementing program infrastructure, processes, and dashboards
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Vendor management including contracts, procurement, and capacity planning
- Clear written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to senior leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead accessibility audit and remediation programs across Figma’s product surfaces, coordinating vendors and internal teams to meet WCAG standards
- Design and implement scalable systems for accountability, visibility, and delivery around accessibility work
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product, and Legal to integrate accessibility into the product development lifecycle
- Develop tracking systems and dashboards that surface progress, risks, and metrics to stakeholders
- Partner with PM and Design leaders to improve accessibility within shared components and internal design systems
- Support compliance efforts for high-stakes projects and enterprise customer requirements
- Contribute to TPM team practices to scale program operations and improve cross-functional execution
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (not required)
- Open to candidates with non-traditional backgrounds who demonstrate relevant accessibility and TPM experience
