Sales Development Representative - Market Research Consulting

Attadale is a Chicago-based consultancy specializing in business operations improvement and driving profitable growth for our clients. A core service area includes quantitative and qualitative market research to understand customer experience, product design, competitor analysis and the other data and insights to drive business decisions.

Attadale maintains a proprietary methodology based on academic research that was initially published in the Harvard Business Review, and is based on Choice Factor research, and provides a powerful framework to identify business insights that drive profitable growth.

As a Sales Development Representative you are responsible for contacting leaders and executives to introduce them to this Growth-oriented research and analysis, and to educate them on how it informs business decisions through a better understanding of their customers, employees, and their markets.

You will have a proven track record of sourcing, contacting, and successfully communicating with new clients. What Will You Do

Your number one goal is Sales Development to drive the growth and success of Attadale's Market Research practice, including:

  • Meet daily quotas of outbound calls and outbound emails to generate interest in our services
  • Add 15+ new contacts into your customer call lists every day
  • Work with Attadale business leaders and account executives to support your sales success
  • Generate ideas to improve the sales process, the tools, and training required to drive your success
  • Meet your sales goals to maximize your compensation!

What We Require

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably with focus on sales, analytics, or social sciences
  • Demonstrated sales experience in Market Research, Survey Analytics, or consultative sales
  • Work experience in leading research firms and survey firms, which could include inside sales, cold calling experiences, or similar sales roles
  • Located in the Chicago area to be part of the broader team, although remote work is provided.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship of a VISA such as F1, OPT, and H1B status. Attadale will not sponsor employment authorization for this role. Principal candidates only should apply.
