We’re hiring an Account Executive to drive revenue and expand our customer base. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, helping businesses understand the value of Assort’s platform. We are at an exciting inflection point closing millions ARR per quarter with just two people on the sales team, and you’ll play a critical role in accelerating our momentum.

Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with a focus on net new customer acquisition.
Develop and refine our sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with leadership to craft compelling sales strategies and drive urgency in deals.
Partner with the marketing and product teams to ensure strong alignment between sales efforts and product development.
Deliver persuasive product demos and articulate the value of Assort’s platform to potential customers.
Manage and track sales activities in our CRM, maintaining an accurate and healthy pipeline.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to position Assort effectively in the market.
Contribute to Assort’s growth by helping build a high-performing sales culture and mentoring new team members.
2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven industries.
A track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth in a sales role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers.
A self-starter mentality with a high degree of accountability and ownership.
Comfort with technical products and an ability to simplify complex solutions for prospects.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to work closely with different departments.
Passion for startups, innovation, and shaping the future of business operations.
Experience at an early-stage company or high-growth startup.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Interest in moving into a leadership role as Assort scales.
Previous experience selling AI-driven or automation-based solutions.
