Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design one-of-a-kind structural metal products using AutoCAD & 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor, etc.).
- Oversee multiple engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with fabrication teams to ensure manufacturability and efficiency.
- Apply knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in integrated designs.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Required).
Experience:
- 2+ years in mechanical design engineering.
- 2+ years in structural metal product design & fabrication.
- 2+ years in AutoCAD (2D) & 3D CAD modeling.
Other:
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder (No visa sponsorship).
- Must reside within 45 minutes of Caledonia, WI (No relocation).
- Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems.
- Stable work history with proven project management skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $70,000 – $86,500/year (Based on experience).
