Key Responsibilities:
- Review complex corporate/partnership tax returns (1120, 1065, 1040)
- Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services
- Supervise and develop staff members
- Manage client relationships and service delivery
- Conduct tax research and projections
- Implement process improvements using tax automation tools
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's in Accounting (required)
- Master's in Taxation (preferred)
- Active CPA license (required)
Experiences:
- 4-7 years public accounting experience
- 1+ year supervisory/managerial experience
- Proven expertise with flow-through entities and high-net-worth individuals
Other:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with tax workflow software (preferred)
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with client service focus
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary:
- $100,000 - $135,000 (plus performance bonus)
