As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will guide clients through the mortgage process, helping them secure the right loan products while building lasting relationships. This role offers flexibility, strong support, and the opportunity to grow professionally in a stable, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate mortgage loan applications through referrals, networking, and self-generated leads.
- Consult with borrowers to assess financial needs and recommend suitable loan options.
- Analyze credit, income, and financial data to determine loan eligibility.
- Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely processing from application to closing.
- Stay updated on mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.
Requirements:
Education:
- Active NMLS license in good standing.
Experiences:
- Minimum 18 months of recent experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer with proven loan production success.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA) and lending regulations.
Other:
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proficiency in loan origination software (LOS) and CRM systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary:
- $80,000 – $150,000 (based on production and experience).
