Overview:
Our client, a highly respected public charter school in North Austin, is seeking an Academic Coordinator to provide leadership and support across its PreK–12 academic programs. This role is ideal for a mission-driven leader who will collaborate closely with the Superintendent and campus administrators to foster academic excellence, innovation, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support instructional teams across all grade levels.
- Coach principals and administrators to achieve campus and district goals.
- Oversee academic programs, curriculum design, and student support initiatives.
- Partner with finance and leadership to align budgets with academic needs.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal policies and reporting requirements.
- Promote innovative instructional programs and professional development.
- Engage with parents, staff, and community stakeholders to support the school’s mission.
Requirements:
Education:
- Master’s degree in Education Administration (required).
- Texas Principal’s Certification (required).
- Texas Administrator’s Certificate (preferred).
Experiences:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Principal.
- Strong knowledge of Texas public school accountability measures.
- Experience coaching school leaders and instructional staff.
Other:
- Skilled in data-driven decision-making and program evaluation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $61,133 - $85,546 per year
