Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team. This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of an exciting new brand in a growing market. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a track record of exceeding goals and building strong sales culture.

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue and grow market share for our luxury brand.
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.
  • Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing personalized service that reflects the prestige of INEOS Grenadier.
  • Manage inventory, pricing, and product knowledge to ensure the dealership maintains a competitive edge in the luxury automotive market.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a sales manager and finance manager in the automotive industry, preferably with luxury or high-end brands.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team towards success.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes, customer relationship management, and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage clients and drive results.
  • Passion for luxury vehicles and delivering a top-tier experience to customers.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent

• 18 years or older

• CDK experience preferred

• Automotive Sales Management experience required

• Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in state of residence

• A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment

• Clear pre-employment drug screen
