In this hands-on leadership role, the Assistant Dean will champion faculty growth and student achievement, leveraging expertise in ATI and faculty development to drive innovation and excellence in nursing education.

The Assistant Dean of Nursing (“ADON”), reporting to the Dean of Nursing, is responsible for clinical oversight, faculty support, and/or core nursing student support at their campus within the Arizona College of Nursing system (College). They collaborate with the campus leadership team to guide decision-making and ensure alignment with the College's vision and values.
