Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end global supply chain strategy across planning, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
- Lead demand planning and inventory management to align with sales forecasts and minimize stockouts/excess.
- Drive supply chain optimization and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma principles) to reduce cost and increase resilience.
- Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships from qualification through contract/MSA negotiation.
- Oversee procurement, manufacturing coordination, warehousing, and global logistics execution.
- Manage supply chain risk and resilience (dual sourcing, safety stock, continuity planning, supplier scorecards).
- Align sourcing and supply chain execution with AV/ADAS program milestones (validation, pilots, safety builds).
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, finance, legal, executive leadership) to make and communicate tradeoffs.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) or relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are a plus
