Responsibilities
- Serve as primary preparer for month-end and quarter-end close calendar, checklists, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly flux analyses and presentations connecting P&L variances to business drivers
- Build and maintain accounting procedures, internal controls, and ensure compliance with accounting policies
- Prepare financial statements, supporting schedules, and reports in compliance with US GAAP
- Support automation of accounting processes using AI and accounting tools
- Assist with system implementations (ERP, lease accounting software, asset lifecycle management)
- Handle technical accounting workstreams including ASC 842 and prepare related schedules and memos
- Collaborate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules to meet timelines
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- CPA or equivalent preferred
