Skills
- 3+ years of professional FP&A experience with strong financial modeling skills
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership
- Functional knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort building models from scratch
- Familiarity with SQL and BI tools (Looker, Power BI) and experience with planning tools (PBCS/Essbase) a plus
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is advantageous
- Strong presentation and written communication skills for executive audiences
- Ability to manage ambiguity and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Own and manage all aspects of the Profit & Loss (P&L) for assigned business lines or departments, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads and track actuals versus projections.
- Build and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making and identify opportunities for investment and growth.
- Analyze and present financial results and key business metrics to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with operations, marketing, product, and technology stakeholders to align financial performance with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvements to Finance reporting and planning tools, automating processes and enhancing data transparency.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required)
