- Proven experience planning, developing, and delivering technical training
- Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts simply to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with curriculum design and development of multi-modal training (hands-on, CBT, simulations)
- Comfort operating independently at remote customer sites and representing the company in field environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% and operate in expeditionary/hazard environments
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Plan, resource, and execute expeditionary and classroom training for Anduril hardware and software products
- Deliver hands-on instruction and classroom presentations onsite at customer locations, test sites, and hazard-zone environments
- Design and maintain training curricula, including presentations, practicals, computer-based training, and simulations
- Create, update, and manage training collateral and simulation tools to reflect new features and capabilities
- Support global customers through proactive communication and detail-oriented execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to capture product updates and inform training
- Capture end-user feedback, identify pain points, and relay insights to product teams to drive improvements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Relevant certifications or military experience in operations, training, or aviation are a plus
