Responsibilities
- Define product roadmap for autonomous situational awareness capabilities and align development efforts with product strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive execution and velocity across hardware and software engineering teams and other departments.
- Manage, unblock, and accelerate multiple cross-team projects ensuring efficient project management practices.
- Identify and resolve systemic execution issues impacting program delivery.
- Scope, staff, and deliver capabilities to meet company milestones.
- Track and communicate progress and key product efforts to stakeholders.
- Remove obstacles and drive clarity in communication and project schedules.
- Understand and provide input on technical implementations and architectural decisions.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required.
- Advanced degree preferred.
