Technical Program Manager - job 1 of 4

They are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional efforts across hardware and software teams in delivering state-of-the-art surveillance products, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficient execution.

Skills

  • Strong program and project management skills with experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and deployment teams.
  • Experience with development lifecycle and technical concepts in hardware and software environments.
  • Ability to manage project risks, dependencies, and resource planning effectively.
  • Proficiency in coordinating and delivering complex product development strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Define product roadmap for autonomous situational awareness capabilities and align development efforts with product strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive execution and velocity across hardware and software engineering teams and other departments.
  • Manage, unblock, and accelerate multiple cross-team projects ensuring efficient project management practices.
  • Identify and resolve systemic execution issues impacting program delivery.
  • Scope, staff, and deliver capabilities to meet company milestones.
  • Track and communicate progress and key product efforts to stakeholders.
  • Remove obstacles and drive clarity in communication and project schedules.
  • Understand and provide input on technical implementations and architectural decisions.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
