Responsibilities
- Design resilient communication systems and waveforms for contested environments
- Lead and grow a cross-disciplinary engineering team (hardware, firmware, software)
- Architect and prototype software-defined radios and embedded DSP solutions
- Collaborate with software and hardware teams on FPGA, ARM, GPU, and embedded integrations
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities from concept to fielding
- Ensure systems meet military/commercial wireless standards and interoperability requirements
- Support fielding, sustainment, and customer engagements (≈25% travel)
- Maintain program security and handle classification requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required
- Master’s or PhD in a related discipline preferred
