- Technical program management for complex hardware + software systems
- Experience managing DoD programs and working with government customers

- Ability to produce and deliver technical and programmatic presentations and reports
- Willingness to travel for deployments and customer engagements
- Active U.S. Secret clearance and ability to maintain it
Responsibilities
- Own program lifecycle from requirements through field deployment and sustainment, maintaining schedules and roadmaps
- Engage directly with DoD customers to capture mission needs and represent customer priorities to engineering teams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, logistics, contracting, ops, finance, legal) to deliver integrated solutions
- Drive technical planning at the architectural level and propose alternatives to meet schedule or performance constraints
- Organize and execute demonstrations, tests, site deployments, and sustainment activities
- Manage risks, remove obstacles, escalate issues, and keep leadership and stakeholders informed with concise reporting
- Develop narratives and tailored communications for diverse audiences including government stakeholders and engineers
- Ensure program stays on budget, meets schedule milestones, and satisfies contractual and security requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
