This role is remote and can be based in any US location.
What You Will Do
Own the full project schedule by developing and managing a detailed Gantt chart, analyzing a critical path, and aligning intersecting milestones.
Collaborate with cross-functional managers to estimate and assign cross-functional project resources. Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member.
Provide performance feedback to functional managers to support team development and accountability.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management plan, identifying and responding to project risks and opportunities.
Deliver clear and tailored project communications aligned with PMO processes and stakeholder expectations.
Manage project scope in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and control.
Define and monitor project budgets in partnership with cross-functional leaders to ensure financial targets are met.
Drive project execution to meet key milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 6 years of experience in engineering, project management, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline
Experience managing projects in new product development, orthopedics, and/or robotics
Experience in the medical device industry
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
$100,500 - $215,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
