Responsibilities
- Own program lifecycle: define roadmap, schedule, and drive delivery with engineering and customers
- Embed with customers to gather mission requirements and represent them to internal teams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, ops) to build and deploy solutions
- Develop technical narratives tailored to diverse audiences (government, vendors, engineers)
- Plan and execute demonstrations, tests, site deployments, and sustainment activities
- Identify and remove blockers, manage escalations, and maintain schedule and budget fidelity
- Ensure compliance with program requirements and support contractual and reporting needs
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, or related field or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
