Responsibilities
- Design and execute the Global Cement Network strategy in partnership with Field Building.
- Develop and launch a U.S. campaign strategy integrating policy and power analysis.
- Lead funder engagement; determine, raise, and manage the campaign budget and ensure accurate reporting.
- Oversee learning, monitoring, and impact evaluation; track benchmarks and produce analyses to inform strategy.
- Manage and mentor campaign staff and contribute to cross-functional team culture and performance.
- Identify research needs and coordinate with analytics to commission and use evidence.
- Lead earned and owned media engagement for campaign visibility and influence.
- Occasionally serve on internal teams to support organizational health and operations.
- Travel domestically and internationally periodically (approximately 4–6 times per year).
Education
- No specific degree required; equivalent professional experience welcomed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Advanced degree in public policy, environmental studies, international development, or related field is a plus
