Responsibilities
- Manage strategic, complex programs from design through implementation across multiple divisions
- Develop program roadmaps with clear goals, milestones, timelines and financial tracking
- Define scope, requirements, dependencies and risks in collaboration with stakeholders
- Provide synthesized recommendations to senior clients and escalate unresolved issues
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and align resources across competing priorities
- Lead scope and communication sessions, using negotiation to drive timely decisions
- Monitor program budgets and expenses to ensure projects are delivered within budget
- Deliver program progress and financial metrics to leadership
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA) preferred
- Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP) preferred
