Program Manager, Treasury Technology

Point72 is a global alternative investment firm investing in technology to support its trading and treasury operations. The Treasury Technology team is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic, multi-disciplinary technology programs—spanning regulatory reporting, disaster recovery, and operational efficiency improvements—working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Skills

  • 15+ years managing technology programs in financial services
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project
  • Experience managing regulatory reporting, disaster recovery or treasury initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables
  • Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • High attention to detail and ethical standards

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic, complex programs from design through implementation across multiple divisions
  • Develop program roadmaps with clear goals, milestones, timelines and financial tracking
  • Define scope, requirements, dependencies and risks in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Provide synthesized recommendations to senior clients and escalate unresolved issues
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and align resources across competing priorities
  • Lead scope and communication sessions, using negotiation to drive timely decisions
  • Monitor program budgets and expenses to ensure projects are delivered within budget
  • Deliver program progress and financial metrics to leadership

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA) preferred
  • Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP) preferred
