Product Manager - Corporate Access

Point72's Office of the CIO is seeking a Product Manager to own and evolve the firm’s corporate access product suite. The role requires a product leader who can partner across stakeholders, lead discovery and delivery, integrate AI/automation opportunities, and ensure compliance while driving measurable user and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product strategists and front-line users to deeply understand workflows, needs, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to identify opportunities, define problems, and prioritize solutions.
  • Lead discovery and iterative delivery with engineering and design in an empowered team model.
  • Manage and expand the corporate access product suite to enable efficient sourcing and tracking of company interactions.
  • Identify and incorporate AI and automation opportunities within the product suite.
  • Develop and maintain product vision, roadmap, and clear success metrics aligned to firm strategy.
  • Track adoption, usage, satisfaction, and business impact; use insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive enablement through documentation, training, and communications to promote seamless product adoption.
  • Partner closely with Compliance on all initiatives, ensuring products meet regulatory and internal standards.
  • Advocate for a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder transparency.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent practical experience
