Responsibilities
- Partner with product strategists and front-line users to deeply understand workflows, needs, and pain points.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to identify opportunities, define problems, and prioritize solutions.
- Lead discovery and iterative delivery with engineering and design in an empowered team model.
- Manage and expand the corporate access product suite to enable efficient sourcing and tracking of company interactions.
- Identify and incorporate AI and automation opportunities within the product suite.
- Develop and maintain product vision, roadmap, and clear success metrics aligned to firm strategy.
- Track adoption, usage, satisfaction, and business impact; use insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Drive enablement through documentation, training, and communications to promote seamless product adoption.
- Partner closely with Compliance on all initiatives, ensuring products meet regulatory and internal standards.
- Advocate for a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder transparency.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent practical experience
