Responsibilities
- Oversee contract execution, compliance, renewals, and CDRL management
- Lead proposal development including BOE, scope review, and cost analysis
- Cultivate and maintain customer relationships and enable expansion opportunities
- Identify, track, and mitigate programmatic and contractual risks
- Plan and execute demonstrations, operational tests, and field deployments
- Coordinate weekly engineering meetings and drive project-level execution
- Ensure program meets cost, schedule, reporting, and performance metrics
- Embed with customers to understand mission needs and shape product use
- Deploy to field locations as required (approximately 25–50% travel)
- Prepare and deliver regular program status reporting to customers and senior leadership
Education
- BS/BA in a technical field (required)
- Advanced degree in engineering or science preferred
