Responsibilities
- Respond to compliance, audit, and due diligence queries.
- Serve as liaison for Onboarding, People Operations, Employment Legal, and internal audits.
- Manage background check and verification processes with external vendors ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Support ongoing compliance audits and initiatives related to background checks.
- Maintain documentation and workflows for background checks and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare mandatory reports including EEOC and AAP.
- Develop compliance initiatives and document retention processes.
- Coordinate mandatory employee training programs to ensure compliance.
- Draft and maintain employee agreements such as relocation and international assignment letters.
