Responsibilities
- Define and execute long-term industrialization strategy aligned with company and product roadmaps.
- Design and optimize factory layouts, production lines, and workstations for low-rate and full-rate production.
- Develop capacity plans, balanced line layouts, staffing models, CapEx forecasts, and time standards.
- Drive adoption of automation, digital tools, and modeling to enable data-driven production decisions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve throughput, quality, and asset utilization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Facilities, and Product teams.
- Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing industrial engineering team.
- Manage department budgets, resources, and staffing to meet forecasted operational needs.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (required)
- Master's degree in engineering, operations, or related field (preferred)
