Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor GSOC Operators, manage shift schedules and staffing for 24/7 coverage
- Oversee real-time incident detection, triage, prioritization, and escalation
- Coordinate responses with internal teams and external partners (law enforcement, emergency services)
- Dispatch and direct response teams during critical incidents
- Enforce incident response protocols, escalation procedures, and maintain documentation
- Monitor security systems (VMS, access control, incident management) to support operations
- Serve as central communications point during incidents and maintain concise incident records
- Support training programs, drills, and tabletop exercises to improve preparedness
- Identify process improvements, track KPIs, and support compliance and audit documentation
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Professional certifications are a plus (CPP, PSP, Security+)
- Relevant operational or military/security training desirable
