Responsibilities: Coordinate the execution of corporate engagement opportunities, manage customer inquiries and relationships, oversee contract management, and support event operations.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, customer service orientation, effective communication, and proficiency in software like Microsoft Office; experience with databases preferred.
Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Business or related fields; 3 years of experience in trade show or meeting planning.

Position Summary
The EDUCAUSE Corporate Engagement team is responsible for the development, sale, and fulfillment of a vast set of partnership and marketing services to companies that seek to promote and market their IT-related services and products to colleges and universities. The Operations Coordinator will provide coordination services to the Corporate Engagement Sales team and is responsible for the timely coordination and logistical fulfillment of corporate participation. In addition, this position works closely with the Senior Operations Manager and Marketing team to implement new products and services for EDUCAUSE corporate customers. Provides excellent customer service and resolves customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner. Facilitates relationships with and coordinates execution of purchased products for corporate customers in conjunction with EDUCAUSE internal departments.
