Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies for PCB/PCBA to reduce cost, improve quality, and strengthen supply resilience
- Lead RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and strategic sourcing processes for PCB/PCBA commodities
- Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, ensuring continuity of supply, risk mitigation, and execution from NPI to mass production
- Partner with engineering and CMs to influence design for manufacturability and specification requirements
- Perform detailed quote and total cost of ownership analyses to drive data-driven supplier selection
- Negotiate commercial agreements covering pricing, lead-times, capacities, warranties, and service terms
- Own supplier performance management including delivery, quality, cost, and innovation metrics
- Lead cross-functional coordination for prototype builds, milestones, and sourcing activities
- Present technology and supplier reviews to executive staff and management as needed
Education
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field (required)
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (preferred)
