Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored residential security plans based on executive risk profiles
- Conduct regular risk assessments of residences and nearby areas and update security measures accordingly
- Lead, schedule, train and evaluate residential security team members
- Oversee installation, maintenance and upgrades of access control, surveillance and alarm systems
- Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire departments and emergency services
- Create and maintain emergency response plans for disasters, medical events and security incidents
- Manage visitor vetting and access control protocols for residences
- Collaborate with Executive Protection Tactical Lead for transitions between residences and other locations
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for residential security operations
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company privacy policies
- Produce regular reports and updates for the Executive Protection Program Manager
- Monitor emerging residential security technologies and recommend improvements
- Provide operational flexibility to support other Security Special Services functions as required
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
