Responsibilities
- Support the VP of Quality in prioritization, execution, and capacity scaling to maximize divisional impact
- Build and maintain governance cadences, internal delivery rhythms, and cross-team operating processes
- Develop, track, and report KPIs and OKRs tied to execution fidelity, stakeholder satisfaction, and risk posture
- Lead cross-functional initiatives requiring executive sponsorship and ensure zero drop-off in accountability
- Translate contractual quality requirements into tactical implementation plans for Engineering, Production, and Legal
- Coordinate and validate DCMA compliance program implementation and cross-functional inputs
- Design remedial frameworks with prioritized schedules based on cost of non-compliance
- Own content creation and presentation for QBRs and leadership planning on behalf of the VP of Quality
- Drive cross-functional training and enablement to embed quality and compliance fluency across partner teams
- Act as the point person for high-impact, ambiguous projects requiring rapid orchestration and problem solving
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (required)
- Advanced degree in engineering, business, or related field (preferred)
