Skills
- Proficiency in Python and C/C++ for test tooling and firmware-level tests
- Experience with hardware testing methodologies and automated test systems
- Understanding of hardware-software integration and embedded systems
- Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and performance monitoring
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Design and implement hardware testing strategies and automated test tools
- Collaborate with software and production teams to integrate and enhance automation
- Optimize production line test flow to improve throughput and product quality
- Create and maintain documentation for testing procedures, test rigs, and tools
- Collect and analyze test data to identify trends, failure modes, and areas for improvement
- Provide actionable feedback to design and engineering teams to drive product improvements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (required)
- Master's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience (preferred)
