Position Summary
As a Project Supervisor, you will oversee project setup, manage customer deliverables, and lead teams of quality inspectors. This role involves traveling to manufacturing plants or warehouses within a 1–1.5 hour radius of Pulaski, TN. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
You’ll create an environment that recognizes individual contributions and supports employee development while ensuring top-quality service for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise teams across assigned locations to ensure compliance with standards and safety requirements.
Develop work instructions and train team leaders and inspectors on project-specific procedures.
Manage and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Complete required training and adhere to all company policies.
Provide support and leadership to team members to meet customer expectations.
Be available to travel on short notice as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong business-to-business customer relationship skills.
Flexible, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a positive, self-motivated attitude.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
