Skills
- Proficiency in C and C++ for real-time and performance-critical code.
- Experience with Python for analysis, tooling, and scripting.
- Strong background in DSP, radar signal processing, and RF sensing algorithms.
- Software design, algorithm implementation, testing, and performance optimization.
- Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs and align cross-functional teams.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement radar software using C, C++, and Python for RF sensing systems.
- Design, evaluate, and document software architectures and concepts of operations for system-of-systems integration.
- Perform software analysis, testing, and optimization at the radar subsystem and system-of-systems level.
- Invent, refine, and realize advanced RF sensing techniques, DSP algorithms, and related software technologies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide technical guidance to program and business leadership.
- Mentor and guide team members on software development best practices and technical decisions.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or related technical field required.
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant field preferred.
