Own the critical path: secure every container, function, and sidecar powering MCP workloads.
Work with experts: pair with senior infra, identity, and SRE teammates who live for low-level detail.
Shape the roadmap: drive architecture, policy, and incident response for all runtime controls.
Design zero-trust runtimes – build sandboxing, syscall filtering, and eBPF guards for agent processes.
Instrument everything – ship deep observability (OTel, Falco, eBPF metrics) with actionable SLIs/SLOs.
Enforce policy at speed – author Rego/OPA rules and service mesh filters that block suspicious behavior in-line.
Automate hardening – bake image scanning, SBOM attestation, and supply-chain signing into CI/CD.
Lead incident handling – own detection, root-cause, and post-mortems for runtime security events.
Mentor the team – coach engineers on threat modeling, secure coding, and chaos drills.
4+ years securing production workloads (K8s, serverless, or high-scale microservices).
Deep experience with container internals, eBPF/Falco, syscall policies, and network isolation.
Fluency in at least one systems language (Go, Rust, or C) plus scripting for automation.
Strong understanding of supply-chain security (SBOMs, sigstore, in-toto).
Bonus: SRE mindset—capacity planning, chaos engineering, and rollback orchestration.
