Strategic Support Analyst

Anaplan is a leading scenario planning and analysis platform company serving Fortune 50 clients globally. They seek an innovative and collaborative Strategic Support Analyst for their HyperCare team to provide premium support and ensure customer success through proactive engagement and technical troubleshooting.

Skills

  • Technical troubleshooting in SaaS environments.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Client-facing communication and empathy.
  • Understanding of data integration processes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, unstructured environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and collaborative support to top-tier customers.
  • Manage support cases and premium services to ensure customer self-sufficiency.
  • Respond to support tickets with empathy and urgency across global time zones.
  • Participate in escalation calls ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose issues and perform root cause analysis using tools like Grafana and Google Big Query.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maximize customer ROI with Anaplan.
  • Train and mentor team members to uphold high service standards.
  • Create help and training documents for Anaplan’s online community.
  • Work flexible hours to support mission-critical customers.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
