Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to firms through remote assistance calls, addressing vendor inquiries and troubleshooting issues efficiently
- Triage and manage service interruption cases, ensuring timely resolutions
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other departments to launch new products and services
- Maintain active communication and support with API vendor development teams and retail API users via community forums
- Take ownership of cases, following up with vendors to ensure complete resolution
- Advocate for developers by driving feature requests and requirements with Product and Engineering teams
- Develop and maintain expertise in NinjaTrader’s products, technical design, and API capabilities
