Skills
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with Excel super user proficiency
- Experience with financial planning systems such as NetSuite, Looker, Pigment

Responsibilities
- Own the company-wide financial model including forecasting, scenario modeling, and monthly updates
- Manage key FP&A workstreams such as forecasting, reporting, and business support
- Support ROI tracking and post-mortem reviews of strategic initiatives
- Serve as power user and stakeholder for financial planning software (Pigment)
- Partner with Accounting, Strategy, and department leaders to deliver variance analysis and align forecast assumptions
- Assist IPO readiness through metric standardization and data integrity
- Prepare monthly and quarterly presentations for executive leadership and the Board
- Support budgeting and reforecasting aligned with company strategy
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
