Responsibilities: Manage daily deliverables for various print and digital projects, track progress against milestones, facilitate file handoffs, assist with risk documentation, and participate in status meetings.
Skills: 2+ years of project coordination experience, strong organizational and time-management skills, effective communication abilities, and attention to detail are essential.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; educational publishing experience and Spanish fluency are preferred.

The project coordinator will assist in creating and monitoring schedules for content development, pre-production, and production phases. The role involves providing tactical, detail-oriented support to the project management team and internal cross-functional teams, aligning with overarching project goals and constraints. This is an excellent stepping stone role for someone interested in a career in project management. Fluency in Spanish is not required for this position.
