This fixed-term, remote role calls for fluent bilingual candidates who can manage print production workflows and contribute as a production designer.
Responsibilities: Oversee design efficiency and product development, manage competing schedules for design deliverables, communicate project status, and contribute to design tasks as necessary.
Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English, strong management of print production processes, effective project scheduling, familiarity with time management platforms such as Trello or Smartsheets, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant experience, including both individual contributions and team management, preferred visual design experience, and use of Adobe Creative Suite.
Location: This position is remote and can be performed anywhere in the United States.
Compensation: $100000 - $105000 / Annually

As Production Design Manager, you will be joining a collaborative team of detail-oriented problem-solvers who work extremely hard to deliver high-quality work. As a member of the Amplify design group, you will work closely with product owners, design leadership, developers, and curriculum experts to extend and improve Amplify’s English Language Art curriculum.

The gross salary range for this role is $100,000 - $105,000.
