Responsibilities: Process new and renewal customer orders, maintain accurate order data in the CRM system, reconcile orders, resolve discrepancies, and guide best practices in the purchasing process.
Skills: Customer service experience, attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in customer service, data entry experience, and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, especially Excel or Sheets.

The Order Management team is responsible for managing post-sale implementation purchase order issues for all products and levels of end users. Typically, our customers are school districts, which may include hundreds of individual schools and tens of thousands of teacher and student users.
The Associate Coordinator ensures that all incoming purchase orders are processed and all associated data within our CRM is accurate so that Amplify customers receive all products and services purchased and that all stakeholder needs are met. This position works to ensure customer success with the purchasing process, while also guiding the team on best practices.
