Scheduler Position Summary
- Complete and maintain employee schedule:
- Med Tech's and Resident Aides
- Manage OnShift
- Attendance tracking via OnShift
- Weekly overtime reports
- Maintain Daily Staffing:
- Make sure all shifts are covered with staff daily
- Make calls to cover in the event there is a call off
- Cover the shift if there is an opening that is below our safety minimum
- Interview prospects when Business Office Manager is unavailable
- Coordinate with recruiting when Business Office Manager is unavailable
- Set up interviews
- Maintain and track new hire paperwork
- Manage new hire process
- Report open positions weekly
- Training and orientation:
- Schedule training
- Schedule and coordinate orientation for all new hires
- Manager on Duty:
- Participate in weekend MOD rotation
- Daily rounding of the community to ensure resident care needs are met as well as making sure staff are performing up to company
- Assist Business Office Manager with maintaining employee files
- Notify Payroll, Wellness Administrator, and Executive Director of all changes in employee status
