Responsibilities
- Lead requirements development for revenue cycle and access management initiatives
- Align patient access practices and technologies with revenue cycle workflows
- Act as access management subject-matter resource for cross-functional teams
- Elicit and document business requirements, use cases, user story maps and detailed specifications
- Produce functional specifications, design docs and business process workflows for development
- Configure application functionality, participate in builds and perform functional testing
- Demonstrate new functionality to business users and gather feedback
- Review vendor documentation and support materials as needed
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
