In this position, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations and ensuring smooth office communication.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization and its services.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff and clients as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
