We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of brand initiatives. This position requires creativity, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, and brand displays.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging promotional content.
Maintain communication with vendors, partners, and internal departments.
Track and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights.
Support the organization of product launches, trade shows, and community events.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-2 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or event coordination preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
