Job Description
We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH. This role is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, care, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
Resolve service-related issues efficiently and effectively
Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requests
Provide product and service support, including account updates and troubleshooting
Document interactions and update CRM records accordingly
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–2 years of experience in a client service, administrative, or support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
